Designed to enhance the quality of life and enjoyment of the property owners, residents, members & guests of members at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Kings’ Club promises to be the social hub of Waikoloa Beach Resort, and the Golf Membership will provide an array of benefits bringing golfers together for fellowship and enjoyment of the storied traditions of the game.

Gold

Waikoloa Beach Resort Property Owners invited to join by Waikoloa Development Company. Membership benefits extend to immediate family and Club golf rates extend to overnight guest occupants of the member’s dwelling unit.

Silver

Private Individuals invited by a Member and approved by Waikoloa Development Company. Membership benefits extend to immediate family.

Membership Dues and Fees*

  • Refundable Deposit of $10,000
  • Annual dues of $2,500 payable in advance
Silver
  • Refundable Deposit of $7,500
  • Annual Dues of $1,250 payable in advance

Club Concierge Services

Club Concierge Service will enable Members to arrange for a variety of personal services including assistance with:

  • Tee Time Reservations
  • Event Registration
  • Arranging for other Resort Related Activities

Immediate Family Privileges

A Member, his or her spouse and their children age 18 and under are entitled to Member benefits without having to pay additional membership dues.

Preferred Pricing*

Members receive preferred golf pricing and other discounts:

  • Kings’ Course Member’s golf rate is $50 per round
  • Beach Course Member’s golf rate is $75 per round
  • 15% Member discount on Merchandise at Kings’ and Beach golf shops
  • 15% Member discount on Food and Beverage at Kings’ Grille
  • 15% Member discount on golf lessons
  • Other Resort discounts

Accompanied Guest Privileges

Accompanied Guests of Member in Member foursome may play golf at the Member’s rate.

No Assessments

Members are not subject to either operating or capital assessments.
